JARVIS AI Desktop Assistant — Commercial Source License

Non-exclusive commercial source-code license with modification and white-label rights for one buyer/company. The buyer may build and deploy its own branded solution, but may not resell or redistribute the original JARVIS source-code package.

JARVIS AI Desktop Assistant is a working Windows AI desktop assistant foundation offered under a commercial source-code license. The project is designed for developers, AI agencies and software studios that want to customize, extend or white-label an existing desktop AI foundation instead of building the entire stack from scratch. Current working foundation includes: • Sci-fi desktop command HUD • Local microphone input • Wake-word detection • Whisper speech recognition • Local Polish Piper/JARVIS text-to-speech • PC command automation • Screen capture and vision functionality • Device discovery • Samsung TV control foundation • Authenticated iPhone bridge foundation • Modular Python-based architecture The codebase has been prepared as a clean buyer deliverable. Private credentials, personal tokens, OAuth credentials, private logs and device-specific private state are not included. The licensee configures their own services, credentials and devices. LICENSE MODEL This listing is for a non-exclusive commercial source-code license. The buyer may: • Use and modify the source code for their own commercial product or internal solution • Apply their own branding • Extend the functionality • Deploy their customized implementation for their own business The buyer may not: • Resell or redistribute the original JARVIS source-code package as a competing source-code/template product • Claim ownership of the original JARVIS intellectual property • Transfer or sublicense the original source package unless separately agreed The seller retains ownership of the original JARVIS IP and may continue licensing or selling it to other parties. This is a pre-revenue software asset and is not represented as an established SaaS business with existing customers or recurring revenue. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses. Source-code delivery is provided securely after confirmed payment. A separate full acquisition of the JARVIS software/IP can also be discussed with qualified buyers.
