About Recalled.fyi white-label AI study platform with multi-institution management
Recalled (recalled.fyi) is a live AI study platform with paying students and an institutional client. We license it to operators who want to run it as their own business, under their own name.
What the operator gets
- Learning engine: quizzes from PDFs, slides and Word files (including image-heavy slides), spaced repetition, image/OSPE questions, knowledge maps, and pre-class primers generated from a student's timetable.
- Institutions: a separate, isolated space per institution; admin, teacher and student roles; student approvals and access periods; invoice ledger; expiry reminders.
- Channels: web app (desktop + mobile), Telegram bot (in-chat quiz polls, reminders, uploads), Chrome and Edge extension.
- Business tooling: Stripe and PayPal subscriptions, plans and add-ons, promotions and announcements.
- Your brand throughout: name, logo, colours, domain, email sender.
Proof
An education company in Sudan already runs its students on this institution system: its own teachers upload material, and its own admins approve and manage student access.
Use cases
Run your own AI study platform under your own brand, without building one. Recalled turns the material a school or teacher already has (PDFs, slides, Word files, including image-heavy medical slides) into quizzes and a spaced-repetition review plan for each student. Every answer reschedules that card, so weak topics come back sooner and strong ones less often. Students can also upload their class timetable and get a short primer and quiz before each class. As an operator you sign up institutions (academies, training centres, colleges). Each institution gets its own isolated space: its teachers upload material, its students only see that institution's content, and its admins approve students, set access periods in months, and track who has paid. Students study on the web app, through a Telegram bot (quizzes as in-chat polls, reminders, uploads from the phone), or with the Chrome and Edge extension. You can also sell directly to students. Stripe and PayPal subscriptions, plans, add-ons, promotions and cancellation are built in. Typical uses: - Exam-prep academies (medical licensing, USMLE, PLAB, Prometric/DHA, SAT, IELTS) giving students a branded practice app between classes - Training institutes that need to show students practised and retained the material - Education companies running several schools or branches from one platform - Founders launching a study app in a market or language niche without a dev team
Who it suits
Education operators who already have students or institutions but no study technology of their own: - Exam-prep and training companies (medical licensing, professional certification, university entrance, language tests) with 200+ students a year - Education groups running several academies, branches or partner schools who want one branded platform across them - EdTech founders or agencies entering a specific country or niche who want a proven product instead of an 18-month build Good fit: you sell to students or institutions and have the sales relationships; you want recurring revenue; you'd rather we handle hosting and updates. Less of a fit: companies that want to buy and modify the source code as their own product, or that need a general LMS for course delivery rather than study and retention.
What sets it apart
1. It's already in production. Recalled runs with paying students and an institutional client. You're licensing a working product, not a prototype. 2. Built for medicine first. Medical content is the hardest case: dense, image-heavy slides and exams built on recall. Recalled reads image slides, writes questions tied to the slide they came from, and has an image-only OSPE mode. Content that works for medicine works for most exam prep. 3. Multi-institution from day one. Isolated spaces per institution, admin/teacher/student roles, approvals, access periods, an invoice ledger and expiry reminders. Most study apps are built for individual students; this one is built for the operator selling to schools. 4. Students study where they already are. Web app, Telegram bot with native quiz polls and uploads, and a browser extension. Reviews answered in Telegram update the same spaced-repetition schedule as the website. 5. Monetisation is built in. Stripe and PayPal subscriptions, plans, add-ons, comped access and promotions, so you can sell to students on day one. 6. You don't need a technical team. On the managed plan we host, monitor, back up and ship updates. You bring the brand and the customers. 7. Pricing is predictable. A setup fee, a fixed monthly fee, and AI processing at cost, which runs to cents per active student per month. No revenue share.
