"127box is a white-label cloud hosting platform that lets companies launch their own branded cloud business."
Licensing & White-Labeling
White-label licence to operate the platform under your own brand, on your own provider accounts, at margins you set — we take no cut of your revenue. €4,900 launch fee, then €499/month, managed or self-hosted. Source code from €100,000, exclusivity by arrangement. Sold to businesses only.
About this Product
127box is a complete, white-label cloud hosting business in a box. You license the platform, connect your own provider accounts, set your own margins, and sell cloud servers and domain names under your own brand. We take no cut of your revenue. WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS GET A polished self-service control panel covering the full lifecycle of the services they buy from you: Cloud servers — a configurator with live per-location pricing, one-click deployment, power controls, rescue mode, a browser VNC console, root password reset, rebuild from image, reverse DNS and delete protection. Servers start from €7.49/month with 20 TB of traffic included. Storage and networking — block storage volumes billed per gigabyte, firewalls, private networks, floating IPs, load balancers and snapshots, each with its own detail view and actions. Domains — search and registration across more than 1,800 priced TLDs, plus transfers, renewals, auto-renew, transfer lock and WHOIS privacy. Full DNS record editing on managed nameservers, and one-click connection of a domain to a customer's server. SSL — Let's Encrypt certificates issued over DNS-01, renewed automatically, with revocation and download. Billing — Stripe subscriptions charged from live prices, invoices, payment history and saved cards. WHAT YOU GET AS THE OPERATOR An admin panel built for running this as a business, not a demo: Pricing — a markup slider that applies to the very next order, with no catalogue re-seeding. Live provider prices flow through automatically, so a provider price change does not silently eat your margin. Scheduled repricing of existing subscriptions, with customer notice. Customers — signup, an approval queue, identity verification through Stripe Identity, per-customer service history, action logs and an operator event feed for anything unusual. Branding — brand name, colour, logo and favicon from the admin panel. Homepage copy, FAQ and legal documents are editable in the UI. Branded transactional email over your own SMTP. There is no 127box branding anywhere in the product. Providers — your own Hetzner, Openprovider and Stripe keys, entered by you and stored encrypted. Your Stripe account, your registrar account, your customer relationships. Also included: discount codes, an email template editor with delivery log, a blog and glossary for SEO, and prerendered marketing pages with structured data. HOW IT IS BUILT A React front end on a Postgres and edge-function backend, deployed as a single installation. Infrastructure is resold from Hetzner Cloud; domains through Openprovider; payments through Stripe. Scheduled jobs handle certificate renewal, registrar synchronisation and price-drift monitoring, so the platform maintains itself rather than waiting for you to notice something. DEPLOYMENT Managed — we host, back up and maintain your installation. You never touch a server. Self-hosted — you run it on your own infrastructure, with a named support account you can revoke at any time. LICENSING €4,900 one-off launch fee, then €499 per month. The launch fee covers standing the whole stack up and handing you a running business: your domain, your branding, your provider accounts connected and verified. The monthly plan covers updates, support and the right to keep operating under your brand. Source code licensing starts from €100,000 by arrangement, including exclusivity terms negotiated case by case. Onboarding takes about two weeks. You supply your company details, connect Stripe and your registrar, and we verify each account against the real provider before building anything. When it is live you get an invite link, set your own password, and run the business from the admin panel. WHO THIS FITS Web agencies and IT providers who already resell hosting and want the margin and the customer relationship. Developers who want to launch a hosting brand without building billing, provisioning, DNS and certificate automation from scratch. Existing hosts who want a modern self-service panel in front of infrastructure they already buy. WHO THIS DOES NOT FIT If you want to resell at razor-thin margins against hyperscalers, or you need a multi-region enterprise platform with SLAs and 24/7 phone support, this is not it. It is a focused, well-built platform for a small operator who wants to own their customers. WHAT WE DO NOT PRETEND Every capability listed here ships today and survives a demo. It is a business-to-business licence, sold to companies only. Legal templates for terms, privacy and data processing are included as a starting point — they are not legal advice, and you should have your own adviser review them before taking on customers. See it running at https://127box.com — the same platform, operating as our own brand.
New / Pre-Revenue Product
This product is new or pre-revenue, focused on features and potential.
"Because the hard part is already finished, and you can watch it working before you pay. 127box is not a prototype or a repository with a README. It runs as a live hosting business at 127box.com — same code, same admin panel, same billing — so the demo is the product rather than a mockup of it. Every capability in this listing ships today and survives twenty minutes of poking. What you are actually buying is the twelve months nobody enjoys building: metered billing and subscription lifecycle, server provisioning and power control, DNS record management, domain registration and renewal across 1,800+ TLDs, Let's Encrypt issuance over DNS-01 with automatic renewal, customer signup and identity verification, invoices, and an admin panel to run all of it. That work sits between every agency and the hosting margin they already know is there. It is why most of them end up reselling somebody else's branded panel and handing over the customer relationship to do it. Here, the relationship is yours end to end. Your domain, your branding, your Stripe account, your registrar account, your prices. We take no percentage of your revenue and never contact your customers. The margin control is the piece that matters most once you are running. Your markup applies to the very next order, calculated from live provider prices, so a provider price change moves your prices with it instead of quietly eating your margin. A scheduled job independently checks published prices against the provider and reports drift. Certificate renewal and registrar synchronisation run on schedule too — the platform notices problems rather than waiting for a customer to report one. And it is honestly new. There is no wall of licensee case studies here, because you would be among the first. What that buys you is direct access to the person who built it: onboarding is done personally, each provider account is verified against the real provider before anything is deployed, and handover happens when it actually works — not when a checklist says so. If you already have customers who need hosting, the only question is whether you want to own that revenue or keep referring it away."
Use Cases
Reselling cloud infrastructure is a good business with a brutal barrier to entry. The margin is there — buy from a wholesale provider, sell with your own markup — but between you and that margin sits six to twelve months of software nobody wants to write: metered billing, subscription lifecycle, server provisioning and power control, DNS record management, domain registration and renewal, certificate issuance and automatic renewal, customer signup and identity checks, invoices, dunning, an admin panel to run all of it. Agencies and IT providers solve this today by reselling someone else's branded panel, which means the customer relationship, the pricing and the renewal notices belong to a competitor. Or they resell manually over email and spreadsheets, which stops scaling at about twenty customers. 127box removes that barrier. It is a finished, working hosting platform you license and operate under your own brand, on your own provider accounts. Your customers sign up on your domain, see your logo, pay your prices into your Stripe account, and never encounter our name anywhere in the product. The margin control is the part that matters operationally: you set a markup, and it applies to the very next order from live provider prices. There is no catalogue to re-seed and no stale price list to maintain. When your provider changes a price, your prices move with it and your margin holds — a scheduled job even reports when published prices drift from what the provider is actually charging. You are not buying source code you then have to maintain. You are buying an operating platform, updated and supported, that turns "we should resell hosting" into a business you can run from an admin panel the same week.
Ideal For
Web agencies and IT service providers with 5–50 employees who already manage hosting for their clients — usually reselling someone else's panel, or juggling it manually — and want the margin, the renewal revenue and the customer relationship to be theirs. Also a strong fit for: • Developers and small teams launching a hosting brand who do not want to spend a year building billing, provisioning, DNS and certificate automation before their first customer. • Established hosts running an ageing or homegrown panel who want a modern self-service front end over infrastructure they already buy. • Regional and niche providers competing on language, jurisdiction, support or vertical focus rather than on price. The common thread: you already have customers or a channel to reach them, and infrastructure is a service you want to own rather than refer away. Sold to businesses only — this is a B2B licence with company identification during onboarding.
Why This Product?
Most options in this space are one of three things: a control panel that expects you to already be a hosting company, a marketplace that keeps your customer relationship, or a source-code drop you now have to maintain yourself. 127box is a running business handed over ready to operate. What is genuinely different: Live pricing, not a price list. Markup is a slider that applies to the next order, calculated from live provider prices. Most reseller platforms hold a copied catalogue that silently goes stale — and a stale catalogue is how a margin disappears without anyone noticing. A scheduled job independently checks published prices against the provider and reports drift. You own the whole relationship. Your Stripe account, your registrar account, your domain, your branding, your prices. We take no cut of your revenue and have no contact with your customers. Genuinely complete, not a shell. Servers, storage, firewalls, private networks, floating IPs, load balancers, snapshots, 1,800+ TLDs with transfers and renewals, DNS editing, Let's Encrypt over DNS-01 with automatic renewal, Stripe subscriptions, KYC, approvals, invoices, discount codes, branded email over your own SMTP, editable legal documents, and an SEO-ready marketing site — all shipping today. It maintains itself. Certificate renewal, registrar synchronisation and price-drift monitoring run on schedule. The platform notices problems rather than waiting for a customer to report them. Managed or self-hosted, your choice. Under the managed option you never touch a server. Self-hosted gives you the installation on your own infrastructure with a named support account you can revoke at any time. Honest scope. It is a focused platform for a small operator who wants to own their customers — not a multi-region enterprise cloud, and we say so before you buy rather than after.
Revenue Potential
| Timeline | Customers | Monthly Rev | Net Profit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Month 6 | 50 | $1,000 | $501 |
| Month 12 | 120 | $2,640 | $2,141 |
| Month 24 | 240 | $6,000 | $5,501 |
Notes: Domain registration adds roughly €8 margin per domain per year on top, across 1,800+ TLDs. Not included in the figures above.
Break-even on monthly costs by Month 3, €4,900 launch fee repaid by Month 10
Assumptions: Figures in EUR. "Avg Rev/Unit" is gross margin per customer per month, not the price the customer pays — wholesale infrastructure cost is already deducted. Based on a 100% markup (2× wholesale), so a customer billed €40–50/month yields €20–25 margin. Assumes an agency migrating an existing client book, not cold acquisition. Domain registration margin excluded. The €499/month platform fee is the only fixed cost; the licensor takes no percentage of revenue.
