How commission works

You and the founder agree a commission on each deal you bring: a percentage of the deal value, excluding taxes.
You receive 70% of it; LicenseSaaS receives 30%. Nothing else is deducted from your share.
Monthly or annual deals earn commission for the first 12 months of payments.

Each founder sets a default rate. You can accept it in one click or propose another. Any rate both sides agree is fine.

Once your buyer's payment is confirmed (or, for escrow payments, released), LicenseSaaS pays your share — to your payout account or by bank transfer, as set in your partner settings.

No. Sales partners sell the founder's product. To sell under your own brand, license or white-label the product instead.

Only the commission you agree — for example 15% of the deal. It's split 70% to the partner and 30% to LicenseSaaS; no other platform fee applies to that deal. Payment processing fees apply as normal.
