Choose the rights you need

Ask who pays for model calls, hosting, integrations and human review. Request a written description of any request, seat or customer limits and what happens when those limits are exceeded.
Review data and support
Clarify who handles customer data, where it is stored, whether inputs train a model, which systems the agent can access and who responds when outputs are wrong. Review the vendor's actual terms and conduct your own due diligence.
