Identify what is included
Document triggers, integrations, prompts, reusable templates, deployment access and any source files. A license for a workflow does not automatically include licenses for connected AI models or third-party tools.
Set client and branding rights
If you are an agency, ask whether you may duplicate the workflow for multiple clients, modify it, rebrand it and charge recurring fees. Specify how many clients or executions are covered.
Confirm operating responsibilities
Agree on monitoring, failures, security, customer-data handling and who pays for external services. Include update and termination terms so clients know what continues working after the license ends.
